GTM for Technical Products in Non-Tech Verticals
Wednesday, July 22, 2026 · 3–4 PM PDT

About this session
You built a technical product, but your buyers aren't tech people. They're operators, engineers, and industry veterans in traditional sectors. And the standard SaaS playbook? It doesn't transfer. Your buyers aren't scrolling LinkedIn, cold email falls flat, and they've long tuned out generic "AI" pitches.
In this 60-minute online roundtable, the team at Catalyst Marketing Agency, B2B growth specialists with deep experience taking technical products to market, will dig into the two challenges that come up again and again for founders selling into non-tech industries:
- Positioning & messaging: How to make a complex technical product land in one or two sentences, stand out when every competitor claims "AI," and define a category that doesn't have a name yet.
- Reaching the right buyers: Which channels actually work when your buyers aren't reachable the usual way, and which ones are worth your money.
The session opens with a short introduction from Catalyst and a framing of what really changes when you sell into a specific vertical instead of horizontal SaaS (15 min). The rest is a true roundtable: you bring your specific GTM challenge, and Catalyst's team works through it with you directly. Small group, real conversations, advice you can act on the same week.
If you're selling a technical product into an industry that doesn't buy like tech, this session is built for you.
