Privacy and recordings

We record peer sessions. In the member portal, you can watch recordings for your company stage and earlier stages. Recordings are never public.
Private 1:1 conversations. We don’t record your 1:1s with a VEN Partner, peer or operational advisor.

Do I have to attend every month?
No. Join peer sessions when they’re relevant to your work. You can reschedule or skip your 15-minute monthly check-in.
What is a session?
Usually 60 minutes on one topic: a peer session in a small group, or a 1:1 with a peer or operational advisor.
What is the trial, and is it free?
Yes. Each eligible newcomer receives two free sessions, with timing agreed individually.
Who will I meet?
We bring together peers at your company stage around a specific topic. Operational advisors join where their experience fits your work.
How is my Partner chosen?
We match you with a VEN Partner by company stage. They get to know your work and help you access relevant people, sessions and resources.
Why peers from other industries?
Leaders in other industries may have faced the same hiring, growth or delivery problem. Their approaches can help you test your assumptions.
What happens after the trial?
Choose monthly or annual membership, with the option to pause. We explain pricing and terms before you decide.
Who pays?
You can pay personally or through your company. Memberships are individual, with discounts for additional leaders from the same company.

You can get in touch to learn more. Membership requires at least $1M from venture firms; angel or accelerator funding alone doesn’t qualify.
