About this session

FounderNexus Roundtable: Scaling - The Second Act

You've built before. You know the playbook. And you also know the uncomfortable truth: most of it expired.

The scaling motion that carried your last company stalls out past $10M ARR. The product you started building before 2023 now competes in an AI-native market. And the capital you're raising to scale comes with one loaded question attached—scale into what, exactly?

This is an invite-only working roundtable for second-time founders at Stage 3 ($10–50M ARR), all building their next big company right now. Ninety minutes. One table. No warm-up acts.

The conversation: what actually changes in your scaling engine between $10M and $50M—what you'd never repeat from company one, how to deploy fresh capital without burning it on last cycle's playbook, and how to make a company you started before the AI wave compete like it was born in it.

No panel. No pitches. No spectators—everyone at this table has operated at this level and brings scar tissue to share. What's said in the room stays in the room.

Hosted by FounderNexus. Seats are confirmed personally.

Co-founder & Managing Partner, Altus Alliance

I help B2B companies improve revenue performance by modernizing how sales teams operate by combining GTM strategy, sales execution, and practical AI adoption that increases productivity, pipeline quality, and scalability.

Over the last 20+ years, I’ve led revenue focused engagements for >50 companies across direct sales, channel models, and digital programs, scaling teams and launching new products into emerging markets. Before revenue consulting, I was a GM at Intel launching a new e-commerce division and an SVP at Loudeye, driving digital media platforms across Sales, Marketing, and Corp Dev pre/post IPO.

Since co-founding Altus Alliance in 2003, I’ve designed GTM strategies that are market-driven where client teams buy-in to the transformation and then help execute the new model. Today, a big portion of of the sales process optimization is focused on making revenue teams faster and sharper with AI.
