About this session

The Inner Game of Founding: pressure, risk and performing when the work doesn't stop

You're doing every job, carrying the runway and the payroll, sometimes for years without paying yourself, and still expected to show up sharp every day. Most founder advice covers the company. This session is about the person running it, and how to keep performing without burning down your health, your family, or the thing you've built.

We're joined by Seth Taylor, a performance coach who works with professional athletes and with founders and executives on exactly this: staying clear-headed under sustained pressure over long periods.

What we'll cover

  • How elite performers handle sustained pressure, and what founders can take from them
  • Carrying the load, runway, payroll, risk and everything you've put on hold, at a pace you can actually sustain
  • Recognising the patterns early, before they cost you the company or the people around you
  • Open conversation with founders carrying the same weight

Small group by design, so this is a conversation rather than a presentation. Come with whatever is actually on your mind.

Seth Taylor - Executive Life Coach & High-Performance Specialist
Seth Taylor has one guiding principle: you can't take someone to a place you haven't been.
For over 10 years and 5,000+ one-on-one sessions, Seth has worked with CEOs, successful executives, and elite professional athletes — people who are already at the top of their game, but know something is still missing. His work goes where most coaches won't: deep into the subconscious patterns, ego constructs, and emotional blind spots that quietly cap even the most talented, driven people from reaching their true ceiling.

Seth holds a Master's degree in Theology and Culture from the Seattle School of Theology and Psychology, where he immersed himself in philosophy, psychology, theology, and spirituality. A unique foundation that shapes his distinctly human, deeply transformative approach to high performance. He is also a published author and co-founder of 3A Athletics, a company dedicated to creating healthier environments in sports.

His clients don't come to him because they're failing. They come because they're winning - and they're ready for what's next.
